Program tiles may feature a date in the upper-right corner, this is the Loss-of-Access date (LOA).
Reasons Programs Expire
The LOA date indicates when your access to a Program will expire. Programs may expire for a number of reasons, including:
- The expiration of an access code.
- A due date set by your instructor.
- Other administrative reasons.
Understanding LOA
LOA is very straightforward:
Expiration: After the LOA date, you will lose access to the Program’s main content and learning modules.
Data Retention: You can still view your scores and progress data, even after a Program expires.
