Once you have logged in to your student account and redeemed an access code, it's time to start a practice test. Follow the steps below or watch the video to learn how:
- From the menu on the left, select New Test. (Saved Tests lets you resume a practice test you haven't completed yet, and Completed Tests lets your review your proficiency on tests you previously finished.)
- Practice tests are sorted according to product. Chances are, you'll only have a few options available to you, but you'll still want to make sure you're selected the right product.
- For example, if I were wanting to take Microsoft Office Word 2019 practice tests, I would first select Office 2019.
- Then I would select Word (not Word Expert).
- Then I would select the practice test I'm wanting to take.
- For example, if I were wanting to take Microsoft Office Word 2019 practice tests, I would first select Office 2019.
Once you've started your practice test, you can go all the way through to the end and submit it for grading, or you can save it and return to it later. You can also take the same practice test multiple times. Look for the article explaining the difference between Training Mode and Testing Mode.
