If you receive the error "The 'GMetrix LITA' extension could not be loaded because it was not properly signed. The following changes will be needed for the application to integrate with GMetrix SMS:


This will involve opening the registry editor, if you are uncomfortable operating inside the registry editor please refer to your administrator.


  1. Open the start menu and type regedit.
  2. Double-Click on HKEY_CURRENT_USER
  3. Double-Click on SOFTWARE
  4. Double-Click on Adobe
  5. Check the following registry keys, and make sure the values are set to 1:
  • Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\CSXS.5\PlayerDebugMode
  • Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\CSXS.6\PlayerDebugMode
  • Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\CSXS.7\PlayerDebugMode
  • Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\CSXS.8\PlayerDebugMode
  • Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\CSXS.9\PlayerDebugMode
  • Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\CSXS.10\PlayerDebugMode
  • Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\CSXS.11\PlayerDebugMode
  • Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\CSXS.12\PlayerDebugMode
  • Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\CSXS.13\PlayerDebugMode

When GMetrix SMS attempts to install and launch our plugins, certain registry key values are required to be changed so the Adobe applications can recognize the plugins.
