Log files are generated to help your administrators or our tech support at GMetrix dive further into an issue to find the cause. This article will show you the different ways to share the contents.
Attach the file:
- Locate the file in /Users/"Username"/Gmetrix.
- Attach smse-log to ticket/email and send do your administrator or GMetrix Support.
Copy and Paste:
- Click the options wheel.
- Scroll down and click execute next to Open Log File.
- Copy and paste the contents of the log file into the ticket/email and send to your administrator or GMetrix Support.
