When logged in to your GMetrix account, you should see your name next to a bell icon. Clicking on your name will drop down a menu where you can access your account settings. Click on "My Account".
From the account menu, you can scroll down to "Access Codes", where you will be able to see all access codes redeemed to your account as well as the uses remaining and the expiration date.
