This article gives instructions on adding VM access to access codes as an administrator. If when following the steps below, you don't see what is referenced, please contact your organization's sales representative and have them order a cloud access add-on license for you. Once that license has been ordered and fulfilled, you will be able to follow the steps below.


To add cloud access to an access code, do the following:

  1. Navigate to the Code Settings page, either by creating a new code or editing an existing code.
  2. Find the Grant Cloud Access button and click it to enable it. If it’s green, it’s enabled. If it’s blue, then it hasn’t been enabled yet.

  3. Once you’ve done that, you can finish editing or creating the access code as normal. Be sure to click the Confirm button and then the Create/Save button to finalize the creation or edit of the code.
  4. Note: Remember that cloud access is only available for MOS 2016, MOS 2019, and Adobe 2018/2019/2020.
