Depending on your software version, Premiere Pro sample documents may require a short conversion process the first time a test is started. This will not impact your test timer

If you are using Apple M1, M2, etc chips:
 
1. Right click the Adobe application you are attempting to launch through GMetrix SMS.     (This should be located in the Applications folder.)
2. Click Get info from the menu
3. Check Open using Rosetta
4. Click OK
5. Launch the Adobe content from GMetrix SMS
