Due to our plugins being written for Intel based Apple Computers, there will be an extra step to load plug-ins on your Apple M1/M2 Computer. The example seen below is using Photoshop, but these steps apply to any Adobe application on an Apple computer using an M-Series chip.

  1. Locate your installed Adobe application (Default location: Macintosh HD/Applications/Adobe Photoshop 202X/Adobe Photoshop 202X)
  2. Right click on the Adobe application file (You'll want to make sure you aren't clicking on the Adobe folder instead of the Application) and select Get Info
  3. Enable 'Open using Rosetta'
  4. Open your Adobe application and click on the name of the application in the upper left corner seen as Photoshop in this example
  5. Hover over preferences
  6. Select Plugins
  7. Enable both options under Legacy ExtensionsOnce you have completed these steps, quit out of your Adobe application and launch a test through GMetrix.
