After Content has been added to a Classroom, you may change its settings at any time. There are two sets of settings that can be edited, Default Settings and Content-Specific Settings.

To navigate to the Content tab in your classroom:

  1. Select Classrooms on the left menu.
  2. Click Details on the Classroom you would like to edit.
  3. Click on the Content tab.

Default Settings:

Default Settings were available to edit when you created the Content on the Classroom. At any time, you may find your Classroom and edit these settings.

  • You'll be able to Edit the Default Settings on your Classroom from the Content Tab.

Content-Specific Settings:

Content-Specific Settings are settings applied to an individual piece of content in your Classroom. These settings take precedence and will override any Default Settings.

  1. Select the Classroom that you want to edit.

  2. Click on the Content Tab.

  3. Click on the piece of content that you want to edit in the Add/Remove Content section.

  4. Then you may edit the specific piece of content's settings in the section to the right.
    Default Settings you may have set a Start Date of September 1st. But for "Test A", you chose to set the Content-Specific Setting as October 1st. This would result in the students getting access to all tests except Test A on September 1st, and then getting access to Test A on October 1st.
