The Home view is your starting point each time you log in to the Student Portal. It's the Dashboard's main view and provides quick access to important features and a list of your GMetrix Programs.


In addition to the Home view, many navigation options can be found in the sidebar menu.


To access the Home view:

  1. Log in to the Student Portal.
  2. You should be redirected to the Home view automatically.
  3. If you’re already logged in, select Home from the upper portion of the sidebar menu.


Home Tiles

Tiles are large, clickable buttons that can display text, graphics, and dynamic information, such as your last activity.

The Home view has tiles that provide quick access to your Programs, as well as frequently used Portal views and features.


Recent Activity Tile

The recent activity tile displays your latest Program activity, such as a Course, Practice Exam, or Study Guide. Select it to resume where you left off.


Quick-Access Tiles

The quick-access tiles found in the Home View. They are Profile, Redeem Code, Transcript, and Help.

Four quick-access tiles provide shortcuts to key areas and features.


Here’s a look at all four quick-access tiles:

  1. Profile: Access the Profile view where you can manage your personal information and account settings.
  2. Redeem Code: Unlock content using access codes and classroom codes.
  3. Transcript: Navigate to the Transcript view to see your Program's scores and progress.
  4. Help: Visit the GMetrix Support Knowledge Base.


Program Tiles

Only accessible from the Home view, Programs are comprehensive learning packages that contain learning content for a specific product or skill. This content includes Program modules, such as a Course, Practices Exams, and a Study Guide. Simply select a Program tile to access its content.

If you don't see any Program Tiles in Home view, you will need to redeem them using access codes
