- Yes. Students can use their personal email address with a bulb account to retain access after graduating or changing schools. Keep in mind, free accounts have some limitations.

- Videos: 3G2, 3GP, ASF, AVI, FLV, M4V, MKV, MOV, MP4, VOB, WMV
- Online video services: Videos from YouTube and Vimeo can be embedded using a URL.
- Restrictions: All supported media formats have a maximum file size of 10 GB.

- Each paid bulb account has unlimited storage. Free accounts are limited to 2 GB. Data will be lost when downgrading to a free account.

Can files be embedded on a page?
- Yes. The following file types can be embedded:
- Apple iWork (online only): Pages, Keynote, Numbers (requires iCloud)
- Google: Docs, Sheets, and Slides
- Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Most multimedia file types (audio, images, and video)
- Some file formats have size constraints. These files will be uploaded as an attachment, instead of being embedded:
- Excel files exceeding 5 MB
- Word and PowerPoint files exceeding 10 MB
