Schedule 1 - All GMetrix Services

Outages under Schedule 1 impact all GMetrix services, including: GMetrix SMS software, Student Portal, Administrator Portal, Cloud Testing Services, and Management Services (API). During this time you will not be able to access the GMetrix platform, access practice exams or courses, or utilize integration endpoints. 

Saturday, April 12

• Utah: 9:00 PM – 12:00 AM (MDT*)
• London: April 13, 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM
• Hong Kong: April 13, 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM

*Daylight Saving Time is observed at the GMetrix office located in Lehi, Utah. Due to this, all actual start and stop times listed above will be in either Mountain Standard Time (MST) or Mountain Daylight Time (MDT), under the blanket of the Mountain Time (MT) Zone.
