After completing some Courses, learners may unlock a certificate. Users with an Administrator Account can access certificates through the Administrator Portal.


Access Certificates

  1. Sign in to the Administrator Portal at manage.gmetrix.net.
  2. Select Classrooms from the sidebar and choose a Classroom.
  3. Select Certificates to view all available certificates.


View and Manage Certificates

Certificate Filters

Certificate toolbar.

Use the toolbar at the top of the certificate view to filter certificates and perform certain actions:

  • Search: Use the search bar to filter results by student name or keyword.
  • Issued Via: Filter results by the method used to assign the Course (i.e., Access Code or Classroom).
  • Vendor: Filter results by the selected vendor.
  • Date Range: Narrow results by a specific range of dates. By default, this is sent to the past month.
  • Reset Filters: Select the Reset Filters button to clear all applied filters.


View, Download, and Export Certificates

Use the action buttons in the tool bar or next to a result to download and view certificates:

  • Export: In the toolbar, select Export to download the results as an Excel or CSV file. Export button.
  • Download All: In the toolbar, select Download All to download a ZIP file containing all certificates.
  • Download All button.

    Download: Select Download next to a result to download its certificate in PDF format.Download button.

  • View: Select View next to a result to open it in a new browser tab (pop-ups must be allowed).View button.
